Exchange & Return Policy

At VOLT, we are committed to providing a clear and seamless shopping experience while respecting consumer rights in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Returns & Refunds Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, unless the product falls under an exception provided by applicable laws and regulations.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and must not have been used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.

Exchanges Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, subject to product availability and provided that the returned product meets the conditions stated in this policy.

Product Condition Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, preferably in their original packaging.

VOLT reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving an exchange or return, without affecting the customer's statutory rights.

Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact VOLT Customer Support. Once the issue is verified, VOLT will cover the shipping costs associated with correcting the order.

Shipping Costs For exchanges or returns requested due to customer preference, such as changing the size or color, the customer may be responsible for the associated shipping costs.

If the return or exchange is due to an error by VOLT or a defective product, VOLT will cover the applicable shipping costs.

Refunds Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
