1. Product Information VOLT aims to display product descriptions, sizes, colors, specifications, and images as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or photography conditions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, size guide, and selected size before completing their purchase.

2. Prices Product prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR). The final price and any applicable additional charges will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

VOLT reserves the right to update product prices and future promotions. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

3. Orders Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected products, sizes, quantities, contact information, and delivery address before completing an order.

In exceptional circumstances, such as product unavailability, an obvious technical error, or inability to fulfill an order, VOLT may cancel the order or contact the customer. Any eligible amounts paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payment Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Electronic payments are processed through the payment service providers available on the store.

Where Buy Now, Pay Later or installment services are used, the transaction may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.

5. Shipping & Delivery Available shipping options, applicable charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout based on the customer's destination and selected delivery service.

6. Exchanges & Returns All exchanges, returns, and refunds are subject to VOLT's Exchange & Return Policy and the applicable consumer protection laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes Promotions and discount codes are subject to the specific terms and validity period of each promotion.

Multiple promotions or discount codes may not be combined within a single order unless otherwise stated.

VOLT may modify or discontinue future promotions without affecting orders that have already been completed.
